Refund policy

Returns

We work hard to ensure that our products are produced to the highest standards and delivered to you with the best service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply drop us an email and we'll give you instructions on how to return it to us.

We're happy to issue a full refund, or an exchange if preferred, if your item is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as being in the original packaging.

Please email returns@thabto.co.uk with your order number in the subject line of the email. If your product is damaged/faulty, please include a photo of the item.

We shall then let you know as soon as we have received your order and process your refund accordingly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
